Ferrosan was in 2005 sold to Altor for DKK >1 billion – the product pipeline Trines group created contributed significantly to this price tag.
• 05-present: Started private company to realise a dream: Finding better ways to engage fragile older people in effective rehabilitation (tta.life, habiturn.dk). A few, yet important concepts developed, evaluated and launched. Extensive course activities for Nordic municipalities, who want inspiration on how to motivate people with strong training barriers in effective training and rehabilitation. Along with this, innovation consultant for MD companies, keeping Trine updated on opportunities and challenges in the sector.
Commercial Strategy Manager
As per November 1, 2016, Kristina is responsible for creating the commercial strategy for Lighter Days. Kristina has very qualified competencies to do this, from her different positions at Coloplast A/S: Regional VP, Country Manager (Denmark, Finland), Director (wound care business unit, etc.). Further, Kristina has served as Board member in the startup medico company Innoneo A/S.

QA & RegulatorymedicQA is a medical device consulting company with expertise in designing, maintaining and managing quality management systems and regulatory affairs processes. medicQA is responsible for current activities related to medical device regulations and quality assurance.
